1General & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and Scattermeter ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all use of the Scattermeter website and any associated mobile application.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Scattermeter service, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

Scattermeter reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account on Scattermeter, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of account registration and use.
• You are registering for your own personal use only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing Scattermeter account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You are not prohibited from online gaming by any applicable law, court order, or self-exclusion agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3Account Responsibility & Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Scattermeter account. You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) — confidential and must not share them with any other person.

Scattermeter uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Additional security is provided through OTP verification for financial transactions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device you use to access the platform.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately by contacting our support team. Scattermeter will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach was due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on Scattermeter are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied.

Deposits: Scattermeter accepts deposits via Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfer, and supported local e-wallets. Deposit availability and processing times vary by payment method. Funds are credited to your account upon confirmation. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified Philippine bank account or registered e-wallet. Withdrawals require completed identity verification (KYC). Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. Processing times are subject to the receiving financial institution.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Deposit page.
• Scattermeter does not accept deposits made using credit cards or cryptocurrency for wagering purposes.
• Funds deposited must not originate from illegal sources. Scattermeter reserves the right to conduct anti-money-laundering checks on accounts.
• Bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 6.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on Scattermeter — including sports bets, casino wagers, live casino bets, and eBingo purchases — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed within the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Scattermeter reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error has occurred, including incorrect odds, game data feed errors, or system malfunctions. In the event of a void, the original stake is returned to the account.
• Casino game outcomes (slots, RNG table games, video poker) are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of real dealers in studio environments.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of a bet or game, Scattermeter's records will be considered definitive.
• Scattermeter reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, winnings caps, or other restrictions on any account or game at any time.

6Promotions, Bonuses & Offers

Scattermeter may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion on the platform.

General rules that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Promotions are available to eligible Philippine players with a verified account in good standing.
• Bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your cash balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Scattermeter does not guarantee specific bonus percentages, amounts, or terms for any future promotion. Specific figures are only valid when published for a current, active promotion.
• Scattermeter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and to recover bonus funds from accounts where abuse is suspected.
• Only one active bonus may typically be held at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Scattermeter. Any account found to be in breach of these rules will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting)
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any time
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, or any software that provides an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds for gain
• Money laundering or depositing funds originating from illegal activity
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Allowing any third party to use your account
• Any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward platform staff or other users

8Intellectual Property

All content on the Scattermeter platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and the Scattermeter brand name — is the exclusive property of Scattermeter or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scattermeter and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes
• Technical failures, platform downtime, or service interruptions
• Unauthorised account access resulting from your own failure to secure credentials
• Errors in data feeds or third-party sports data providers

Scattermeter does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and notify users where possible.

Online gaming involves real financial risk. You may lose all money you deposit. Scattermeter makes no representation that you will win or profit from using the platform.

10Responsible Gaming

Scattermeter is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools within your account settings to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming a problem — for yourself or someone close to you — we encourage you to use these tools promptly. You can also contact our support team to request a self-exclusion period, during which your account will be suspended and you will be unable to place bets or access gaming content.

11Changes to Terms & Account Termination

Scattermeter reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform and, where applicable, by email to your registered address. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication.

You may close your Scattermeter account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals must be processed and any active bets must be settled. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Scattermeter reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability for any resulting financial impact on the account holder.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Scattermeter platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your Scattermeter account — including bet settlements, withdrawals, or account decisions — you should contact our customer support team in the first instance. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
